Our family-friendly new-build vacation home has a kitchen with fully equipped fitted kitchen, two bedrooms on the first floor. A bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. On the upper floor is the cozy sleeping and play area for children and another sleeping area. The terrace invites you to linger. The property has a total of 5 smart TVs, Wi-Fi, an internet radio and two free parking spaces right next to the house. The place is fully air-conditioned.

Kern Apartments - Vacation home - semi-detached house

The house has three floors and a living area of 140 m². On the first floor there is a hallway and a guest toilet, as well as a living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. A terrace with seating with a grill and private garden are provided. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms, each with a double bed. The highlight here is the large bathroom with a large shower and a bathtub. In the attic there is another bedroom with a double bed.

Cozy Home

This small house, with a magnificent view stretching all the way to the Vosges Mountains in France, is located on the outskirts of Herbolzheim in the foothills of the Black Forest. Europa-Park and Rulantica are just 10 minutes away. The Black Forest, Freiburg, Strasbourg, and many more are great destinations from here. A tourist tax will be levied in Herbolzheim starting January 1, 2026. Guests will receive a Konus card upon request.

ACHTUNG: Maximal 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder bis 16 Jahre. Ursprünglich war es mal ein Stall, der dann 2012 ausgebaut wurde und ab dem 01.04.2019 euch auch die Möglichkeit gibt,in einem Wasserbett zu übernachten. Im Preis inbegriffen sind die seit 01 Januar 2026 5% Übernachtungsteuer, und Service Gebühren. Es ist ausgeschlossen das in einem 2oo Jahr alten Gebeute alles Staub-frei ist. We are centrally located to Europa-Park about 600 m and Rulantica. Both parks are in the immediate vicinity. In total, there are 2 double rooms without a kitchen and 3 apartments with a kitchen in our guest house. The furnishings are of high quality and in new condition. Do you have any questions?
