Our family-friendly new-build vacation home has a kitchen with fully equipped fitted kitchen, two bedrooms on the first floor. A bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. On the upper floor is the cozy sleeping and play area for children and another sleeping area. The terrace invites you to linger. The property has a total of 5 smart TVs, Wi-Fi, an internet radio and two free parking spaces right next to the house. The place is fully air-conditioned.

The house has three floors and a living area of 140 m². On the first floor there is a hallway and a guest toilet, as well as a living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. A terrace with seating with a grill and private garden are provided. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms, each with a double bed. The highlight here is the large bathroom with a large shower and a bathtub. In the attic there is another bedroom with a double bed.

The apartment was newly renovated in 2024 and has free Wi-Fi access everywhere. Within a 4-minute walk you will find 2 restaurants and a bus stop within a 1-minute walk. Ursprünglich war es mal ein Stall, der dann 2012 ausgebaut wurde und ab dem 01.04.2019 euch auch die Möglichkeit gibt,in einem Wasserbett zu übernachten. Im Preis inbegriffen sind die seit 01 Januar 2026 5% Übernachtungsteuer, und Service Gebühren. Es ist ausgeschlossen das in einem 2oo Jahr alten Gebeute alles Staub-frei ist.
