The house has three floors and a living area of 140 m². On the first floor there is a hallway and a guest toilet, as well as a living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. A terrace with seating with a grill and private garden are provided. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms, each with a double bed. The highlight here is the large bathroom with a large shower and a bathtub. In the attic there is another bedroom with a double bed.

Dear guests, The apartment Erika is located in the municipality of Rheinhausen and is only 3 km from Europa-Park and 4 km from Rulantica. The apartment was newly renovated in 2024 and has free Wi-Fi access everywhere. Within a 4-minute walk you will find 2 restaurants and a bus stop within a 1-minute walk. We are centrally located to Europa-Park about 600 m and Rulantica. Both parks are in the immediate vicinity. In total, there are 2 double rooms without a kitchen and 3 apartments with a kitchen in our guest house. The furnishings are of high quality and in new condition. Do you have any questions? Located in a former horse stable, this brand new apartment exudes its very special charm. The bedroom has 2 box spring beds (180 × 200), in the gallery there is another box spring bed (120 × 200). The apartment is furnished with a lot of love. Parking is right in front of the house.
