In the middle of 1 ha of oaks, the owner built this dry stone property entirely, after drawing up his plans. It's a lifetime project, a project that started 20 years ago. A very calm and cosy apartment in an old 17th century mill built on a marvellous 2 acre piece of nature with direct access to the river, swimming pool, bar, outside kitchen with pizza oven - big green egg and jeu de boule. The mill is located close to all touristic areas that make ardeche so special with a 10 minutes ride to the ardeche river valley and canoeing spots, the Chauvet cave, vals les bains and its thermal baths. numerous cycling paths and walks depart directly from the mill.
