It is a patrician house, blankets are higher (2.20 m) than type. Appenzeller houses. The kitchen is fully equipped. 2 high chairs for children/baby beds available. Dogs welcome. Hiking trails start as soon as you cross the street. Important: Separately, a listing is also posted on airbnb to rent the whole house part (8 people).

The apartment is located on the outskirts of Bludenz and has a spacious storage room for sports equipment as well as a private laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and the possibility to hang up clothing. Supermarkets are within a few minutes' walk. Bus stops are in the immediate vicinity and the train station can be reached in a short time. Bludenz is the ideal starting point for various hiking and skiing areas. Arlberg, Sonnenkopf, Montafon, Golm, Gargellen, Brandnertal…).

Welcome to Appenzellerland, in the valley of the Silvesterchläuse, in Urnäsch, an old house with a separate entrance, a nice place to sit, directly on the Urnäsch (stream) and the Postbus stop towards Schwägalp, the duplex apartment was renovated in the 1970s, with a small kitchen and a spacious living room to linger in, simple, quiet and cozy and good to know, in the other part of the house (private entrance) my parents live, but this does not affect you.

In the garden is our bee house and you will also encounter dragonflies, piglets and frogs. Shops and restaurants can be found in Vaduz / FL, Buchs /CH and in medieval Feldkirch / AT. Everything is a few minutes drive away.
