The city center is about 2.1 km away, and shopping for everyday needs is very close. For children, there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. The approx. 45 m² apartment, with a small balcony (view of Deutsche-Alleen-Straße), contributes to the enjoyment of the fresh-salt sea air. Lung sufferers and asthmatics have a special benefit from the fresh sea air and feel particularly at ease in the Baltic Sea. The apartments in our house are all allergy-friendly.
