The house is located at an altitude of 625 metres on the southwestern slope of Černá hora, 450 metres from the centre of the village of Černý Důl and 750 metres from the ski resort. The house has an adjoining fenced garden with a seating area, swings for children, a barbecue, a smokehouse and an outdoor fireplace. The house is in a quiet area on a slope above the village. There is a grocery store, restaurants, bike and ski rentals, public transport and ski buses to Janské Lázně and Pec pod Sněžkou. There is a dedicated parking space in front of the house for two guest vehicles.

Apiary Bee hive

An apiary full of honey and bees, where you can see the work of our bees and their entire cycle in the glass hives right from the bed. The bee hive is located in Podkrkonoší, near the village of Zdobín near a pine forest full of rocks, blueberries and a nearby pond. You can't drive to the apiary to blend in with nature. It's completely off-grid. The bees are in our Bee Theater from about April to October, depending on the weather. Then we move them under the bed for hibernation. The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each home is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter patio, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. Tlen is a year-round retreat. In the interior, we did not want to settle for ordinary furniture, and therefore we entrusted its production to the experienced carpenter. High-quality materials, especially solid oak, in combination with the acknowledged roof truss creates a unique atmosphere of a modern mountain chalet

Our cozy and quiet apartment is located in our family house in Lánov (Prostřední Lánov). We have a garden, right under the forest. The apartment has its own separate entrance from the other side of the house. It's pleasantly cool in the summer, and we've prepared floor heating for you this winter, so you won't be cold inside. Parking is in front of the house behind the gate on private land. For up to 2 Persons, no more kid!
