Incredible Views from a Poolside Oasis

Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Grad Stari Grad je vrlo blizu i sve što vam treba možete tamo nabaviti. U gradu imate dva marketa, tržnicu, ljekarnu ... U sklopu objekta gostima je na raspolaganju okućnica površine 2000 m2 s grijanim bazenom, roštiljem i vrtom. Besplatan Wi Fi, Netflix (TV u svim prostorijama), parking u sklopu objekta.

Fantastic BEACH Villa Majda, 5 bedrooms

Villa Majda is set in an exclusive location, in a secluded bay on the south side of the island Brac, surrounded by vineyards and pine forests. The pebble beach is located directly in front of the building and due to its isolated position offers guests privacy and enjoyment of the crystal clear sea. The villa has an open panoramic view of the sea and the island of Hvar. It has 5 bedrooms that can accommodate a total of 14 guests. A large terrace is equipped with garden furniture and barbecue.

Exceptional new holiday villa on Hvar Island

After 5 years of careful planning and construction, Nine Olives Hvar, my purpose-built holiday house was completed in June 2024. It offers exceptional design and views, with magnificent sunsets. Many guests have now enjoyed it. All have praised both the house and location. Nine Olives Hvar is a short stroll to a beautiful beach and swimming area, and to the lovely town of Stari Grad.
