Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Quiet, bright apartment in the north of Landshut

The apartment has its own entrance, Via the staircase, you reach the anteroom with a wardrobe. In the first room, there is a sofa with a table, kitchenette and TV. An open passage leads to the bedroom with wardrobe, bed 1.40 cm wide and desk. Next to it is the sliding door to the shower with toilet.

You will stay with me in the house on the ground floor. The apartment on the 2nd floor is also listed and may be occupied at the same time. Stairwell available. The apartments are completely self-contained and locked. I also live on site in another part of the building.
