Les Chapelles is a small country hamlet in the Charente-Maritime between the historic Roman town of Saintes & the beautiful beaches of Royan. Le Cadran Solaire is a 3 double/twin bedroom cottage; La Cachette is a 2 double/twin bedroom apartment. Set in a 200 year old building, both are luxuriously appointed with all mod cons, private outdoor spaces for relaxing, eating & drinking with shared use of the huge garden, shady children's playroom, table tennis and heated indoor pool with sun deck.

charming cottage with all the comforts

In the countryside, 12 minutes from Rochefort, 30 minutes from La Rochelle , in a 1789 house, with old-fashioned charm ( stay with stone walls and floor tiles) with all modern comforts. Living room with a sofa bed BZ 140, a BZ 1 pers, dining area, kitchen with L.linge dishes, oven, gas stove ref/cong., M waves, coffee maker, kettle ... a WC, a bedroom with 140 bed and wardrobe (umbrella bed on request) and its bathroom with shower and vanity cabinet ( a second cottage 4 people available)

Charming Cottage between sea and countryside

In the heart of a wooded park, comfortable cottage, within the grounds of our property. Quiet, between the beaches of Saint Palais (7 min), and the banks of the Seudre in Mornac (3 min by car). 5 min walk to all the shops in the village. Great for a relaxing stay, our house has an outdoor swimming pool that opens onto a park in the middle of the fields. (Unheated pool) It also houses a Shala, yoga and meditation room, accessible to our guests on request.
