NON-smoking studio, quiet, located in the SYLVIANA residence by the sea and downtown. Weekly booking in summer. A private parking space. A common closed bike room. You just have to cross the road to reach the large beach of Saint Georges: water sports center, restaurants, shop, Mickey Club, bike path. Royan 5 minutes by car. 15 minutes by bike. Meschers. Talmont. Mornac Studio 20 m2 (partially renovated). Cleaning is your responsibility, I do the floor washing.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you but you can also come without a vehicle, the train station is 15-20' walk or 10' by bus (line 12 Lido stop or line 14 Zola stop).

Our apartment is perfect for couples with or without children and solo travelers. It is located in a very quiet area close to the Royan market and the city center. You can fully enjoy Royan and its surroundings on foot or by bike. The apartment and residence are brand new. It is very well equipped, including a washing machine for longer stays. It has a large 50 m2 terrace, south-facing, ideal for enjoying the Royan sun.
