Discover our apartment located in the heart of downtown Royan and 200 meters from its main beach and port. It is located on the 1st floor (with elevator) of a small residence located on the main square of Royan with its many shops. The apartment was fully renovated in the spring of 2024. All amenities are brand new. It is fully air-conditioned, and decorated in a cozy and elegant style. Its balcony is particularly pleasant during the summer.

This ideally located home offers quick access to the zoo, shops, restaurants. Beach 700 m away. This large 28 m2 studio can accommodate up to 4 people. Located in a secure residence with elevator, it is fully furnished, all linens are provided and it has a 5 m2 terrace for breakfast in the sun (facing east). For parking you can count on 5 free parking spaces all located within 150 m and 2 bike rooms in the basement for our cycling friends.

Enjoy a spacious, stylish, bright and well-located home. The beach is 400 meters away, as is the city center with its market. The area is 52 m² and can accommodate four people with a large living room and two separate bedrooms. You will be able to access an outdoor dining area and garden with armchairs. The multimodal station (train and bus) is 1 km away. You will need to bring your linens and towels (provided at an additional cost).

Lovely apartment with sea view.

Beautiful apartment with sea view in a charming Soulacais building. Large shared garden, you can use the left part, small gate that leads to the beach from the garden. We can leave two bikes at your disposal so we can enjoy our beautiful bike paths that are close to the property. In summer, restaurants, on the right when you exit the gate, Sandaya campsite 100 m away, grocery store, bar and restaurant with ocean view)
