It's a great place to relax, play, and cook for families & groups. We have a huge great room and kitchen, comfortable beds, and pool table inside and large front/back lawns & porches for playing & lounging outside. Kirkwood-23 miles, Heavenly-21, Lake Tahoe-26, hot springs, fishing, snowmobiling-10, supplies-13, and EV Level 2 Universal Charger.

This exquisite stone cottage, constructed in 1939 using rock sourced from the Tahoe basin, offers a unique blend of historical allure and contemporary comfort. Amenities include exclusive access to Tahoe Park’s private HOA beach and lakefront park, a wood-burning fireplace, and a private level 2 EV charger (fees apply). The cottage is central to all West Shore amenities, including trails, markets, and dining. **Please note the majority of Tahoe homes, including this cottage, do not have AC.**

This townhouse has a two car garage on the entry level, a flight of stairs to the kitchen, half bath, living and dining rooms, then 2 bedrooms each with own bath upstairs of that. Decks off both bedrooms, living room and dining room! Four decks! Sorry no pets or parties allowed. Maximum 4 guests. 2 miles from the casinos. 2-3 miles to Heavenly Ski Lodges. The HOA pool is available summer only. The HOA hot tub is available 10am-8pm year round and is about a 5 minute drive from the townhouse.
