ROUFFACH, a village on the wine route, ideally located in the center of HAUT-RHIN, allows you to be close to COLMAR, MULHOUSE, EGUISHEIM, RIQUEWIHR, and all the other Alsatian villages, each of which has as much charm as the others. Here you'll find, in addition to restaurants, shops, old buildings, an 18-hole golf course (par 72), just a stone's throw away. Not to mention EUROPA PARK in Germany and BASEL MULHOUSE International Airport, which is less than an hour's drive away. No disabled access.

We welcome you to this 40 square meter apartment located on the ground floor of a detached house in the heart of the Alsatian vineyard, at the entrance to the Noble Valley, on the Alsace Wine Route, 15 minutes from the most beautiful Christmas markets, 40 minutes from the ski slopes, 15 minutes from Colmar, 20 minutes from Mulhouse, 40 minutes from Basel-Mulhouse airport and about 1 hour from Europa-Park! Shops are a 5-minute drive from the property (supermarket, bakery, restaurant etc.)

Nice cottage full of charm, refurbished in the heart of the Alsatian vineyard with open views of the black forest. Located in Gueberschwihr where you will have a bakery, pharmacy , medical complex and 3 good restaurants. Only 15 minutes from Colmar and in the middle of the Wine Route. You can discover 30 minutes from the mountain of monkeys, the poultry of the eagles, the pretty cigoland amusement park and the magnificent Haut-Koenigsbourg castle that overlooks the Alsace plain etc.

Our F2 cottage is located at the end of the garden of the family property. It is self-contained, with a separate entrance and a private garden. It is 50m², it can accommodate from 1 to 4 people. Pets welcome! You will have a bedroom with 1 double bed of 1.60 m and a closet, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped open kitchen and a bathroom with shower and wc. Flat screen TV and free wifi. Parking possible in the paved courtyard.

Studio inside a house, in the vineyard, between Colmar and Guebwiller (20 km from the German border). All shops nearby (restaurants, bakeries, butcher, etc...) in this town of 3000 inhabitants.
