In der näheren Umgebung gibt es ausreichend Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, wie z.B. Thermalbäder, ein Golf Club etc. Bei Gruppen ist eine Kaution von 200€ zu hinterlegen, die bei Abreise ohne Schäden rückerstattet wird. The tiny house "Unser Großer Tiny House" is located in Mayrhof and impresses guests with its view of the mountain. The 48 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, a fan as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot can be provided.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. You are my personal guest here and I open my space for personal development with individual additional packages of energetics, culinary, communication, Italian and dance. My garden offers a cozy terrace with fireplace and solar shower. From the house you can walk through the forest and to the nearby horse farm. Schärding and Passau can be reached in a few minutes by car.

It is a hit as in the song by Peter Fox "Haus am See": terraces around the house, a kitchenette, infrared cabin, two additional berths for "emigration" and a bathtub next to the fireplace. The outdoor fire pit and a fire ring complete the holiday experience FIRE.

The tower with the tower suite is located on a golf course, 10 minutes drive from Passau's city center, surrounded by greenery, with a wonderful view of the Danube Valley and the nearby Bavarian Forest. Breakfast (incl.) is served in our tavern Zum Topfit.
