In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Es gibt viel zu erleben im Frühling und Sommer aber auch im Herbst und Winter gibt es zahlreiche Ausflugsziele. Unser Garten steht unseren Gästen auf Absprache gerne zum spielen mit Kindern zur Verfügung. Kleine wie große Tiere gibt es zum streicheln und liebhaben. In 10Minuten Fußweg am schönen Tobelrand kommt man direkt zum Tobelbach. An unserem Hof führt direkt eine Langlaufloipe vorbei die bei guter Schneelage bestens gespurt ist. Ein Rodelhügel gibt es auch in der Nähe.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

We spent four years, till 2017, lovingly restoring our home and the adjacent apartment, using only the best ecological materials. (eg. wood-fiber insulation, as well as clay plaster on all the inside walls.) Our apartment in Oberreute is an idyllic retreat for nature lovers with fantastic views of the mountains and nature. The large balcony invites for a relaxed morning or sunset. The fully equipped apartment offers two bedrooms, a sofa bed and a crib. A well-kept garden and two parking spaces (one in the underground garage) are available. Austria can be reached in just 10 minutes, and nearby restaurants offer mountain views.

Apartment: This is a "wood 100 apartment" completed in 2018! The entire living area was built from solid wood, clay, stone and natural insulation materials! The apartment has an area of 78 m² and consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with couch, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom with shower, tub, sink, separate toilet, dining area and a 10 m² terrace! On the 3rd floor there is also a storage room with a washing tub!

In less than three minutes on foot along the city stream, you are in the old town and can enjoy the variety of shops, restaurants and cafes there. The train station and bus station as well as taxis are a four-minute walk away.
