Large house in the heart of a 2-hectare park

We hope that you will be seduced by the volumes and spaces of Domaine Pechuber. The house and its park call for good times shared with family or friends, and also allow you to isolate yourself and take time for yourself. A large inner courtyard, partly protected by a courtyard, is ideal for outdoor dining. The swimming pool and fenced park of more than 20,000m², composed of meadows and forests, are at the free (and unique) disposal of the occupants, large and small.

A large terrace with barbecue in front of the entrance, overlooking the valley, leads into the living/dining room of this very comfortable, fully renovated 45 m² cottage. Fully equipped integrated kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, electric oven, etc.). A bedroom equipped with a 160 x 200 bed + baby cot (baby kit). Living room area with sofa bed 140 x 190. Separate toilet and large walk-in shower. Flat-screen TV with TNT and Wi-Fi. And a parking space.

Les Cyprès, Heated Pool, Breathtaking View

Located in Vallon-pont-d'Arc, quiet, with a superb view. This house with its private heated pool, (open from 15 April to 15 November) offers you two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and a very large air-conditioned living room with a modern and equipped kitchen. On foot you will find all amenities , and the Ardèche a few meters away. For your comfort and if you are concerned a Type 2 Electric Vehicle Charging Station is available on site.

Recent villa with private heated pool on the heights of Rosières 5 minutes from shops (Intermarche with drive...). Possibility of walking from the house. This house is located in a quiet area not far from the river. You can discover our medieval villages such as Balazuc, Vogüé or Labeaume and visit the Chauvet cave in Vallon Pont d 'Arc, a Unesco heritage site. Guests can also stroll through our local markets, and at night in the summer.

10 minutes from the Chassezac Gorges (7 or 10 km canoe descent), come and find yourself in a place of peace and tranquility amidst cicadas and birds, away from all noise pollution, in a Natura 2000 zone and international starry sky reserve. Our former 3-star silk factory is located at the crossroads of the Cévennes and Ardèche regional parks, close to rivers and character villages. Vallon Pont d'Arc and its cave are 30 minutes away.

Artemis' getaways

Located in an old traditional Ardèche farmhouse, it is a spacious and warm 3-star gîte. A 10-minute walk from a very beautiful river, it is the perfect starting point for many walks, bike rides, or donkey rides (rental on site). Village 500 m away (bar and grocery store). 20 minutes from Mont Gerbier de Jonc and 1 hour from Lac d'Issarlès. Bed linens and towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival.

"Les Pierres Hautes" Lodge

The "Les Pierres Hautes" gîte is an independent accommodation adjoining our house: an old rehabilitated stone barn. The green environment is quiet: the property has a lavender field as well as more than 50 olive trees. An external staircase provides access to the cottage. For your comfort: Beds are made on arrival, we provide towels, as well as practical products such as salt, pepper, oil...
