Within 2-4 km are restaurants, shopping and public transport connections. (We don't have a train station) Thanks to the central location, you can reach the city of Lucerne in 30 minutes + the Rigi or Pilatus railways within an hour by car. The property can accommodate 4 people and is 2 stories. On the upper floor: 3 bedrooms, bathroom and shower. On the first floor: kitchen, living room, toilet.

Away from the hustle and bustle right next to a beautiful forest, surrounded by plants, trees and animals, it is the ideal place for those seeking peace and nature lovers. The farm is cultivated! The apartment is brand new and has a high standard of construction. Both house insulation as well as bed contents made of pure sheep's wool contribute to the homely feel-good climate.

Cosy 1-room flat on the ground floor with separate entrance. New, very comfortable bed made of fine-smelling Swiss stone pine wood with new, large mattress (180 cm). Small, but well equipped kitchen. We look forward to welcoming you personally! Our house is in a quiet but central location, close to Lucerne, Zug, Zurich. Free parking. The railway station is about 7 minutes' walk away and the train journey to Lucerne takes 20 minutes. Baby cot for an extra charge.

The accommodation is surrounded by the beautiful garden and next to it the cows graze and in the pond the frogs croak - pure nature! For travelers who like it simple & uncomplicated. Beautiful newly renovated room with kitchen

Beautiful room with separate kitchen and seating area. Wonderful view of the lake, mountains and the countryside. Free parking and good train connection (5 min away). Lake Hallwil and the lakeside resort are a 5-minute walk away. If anyone is interested, we have stand-up paddleboards for rent. You have the kitchen, room and bathroom to yourself and we live on the upper floor of the house.

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
