Mira pasar la ciudad en este encantador loft lleno de plantas y libros

Habita un espacio verde e iluminado, lleno de plantas, libros y arte popular mexicano, en un edificio de 1920, premiado como proyecto de restauración arquitectónica. El loft tiene dos pisos, una cama doble, un sofá cama, baño y cocina completos. Esta ubicado en la colonia Juarez en el limite con las colonias Condesa y Roma y a distancia peatonal del centro histórico de la ciudad. Una calle muy segura y apacible. Y sobre la aclamada panadería Rosseta para un excelente desayuno! El apartamento es un loft dentro de un edificio de 1920, premiado como proyecto de restauración arquitectónica. Tiene mucha luz natural y ventilación y doble altura que amplifica la sensación del espacio. Cuenta con amplios corredores de acceso los que permiten transitar el edificio restaurado y con una rea de lavado de ropa. La acera del edificio esta equipada como espacio publico con un area ajardinada y bancas. Hay velador en el edificio las 24 horas, el cual sirve de apoyo en caso de alguna necesidad. El edificio está ubicado a distancia caminable del Centro Histórico, el bosque de Chapultepec, Reforma y los conocidos barrios Condesa y Roma. Además, está cerca de estaciones de los principales medios de transporte público. A tres cuadras de la estación de metro de insurgentes, dos cuadras del metrobus y media cuadra del sitio de taxis Niza. Zona muy bien cubierta por uber. El estacionamiento es en la calle, o en la manzana se encuentran dos estacionamientos públicos. Habrá una persona en la propiedad disponible en caso necesario

Descubre la Ciudad desde este pequeño y acogedor oasis. Un espacio lleno de luz recientemente construido, con techos altos, vigas de madera, acabados simples y artesanales más un sin fin de sutiles detalles que te harán sentir en México. El lugar es muy tranquilo y el departamento amorosamente decorado. Como anfitrión podemos apoyarte en lo que requieras, no dudes en preguntar y si está en nuestras manos con gusto lo haremos. Es un espacio abierto con una cocina completa con todo lo necesario para cocinar. La cama es tamaño queen size y el baño tiene tina. Es un espacio cómodo e ideal para pasar unos días en el centro de la ciudad. Estacionamiento para un auto. Limpieza diaria opcional (cocinera opcional). Ideal para trabajar, el departamento tiene un escritorio con utensilios básicos de oficina. Calendario de actividades culturales en la Ciudad mensual. Portero. puedes contactarnos vía la plataforma o por whatsapp, te responderemos inmediatamente. La Colonia Juárez es hoy en día junto con sus vecinas, Roma y Condesa, un lugar que se tiene que vivir. Llena de pequeños y maravillosos restaurantes, tiendas, galerías y a una distancia caminable de Reforma y sus museos, así como del Centro Histórico. El metro se encuentra a un par de cuadras y hay una estación de ecobici (renta de bicicletas de la ciudad) justo fente al edificio.

Our loft, Xoxotic (green in Nahuatl), is located only a few blocks away from Condesa and Roma Norte, two of the “it” neighborhoods in the City, where you can find lovely cafés and bakeries, art galleries, indie boutiques, and some of the best restaurants in Latin America. The loft is on the second floor and there is no elevator, so you have to use stairs to get there.
