Gorgeous apartment with an amazing location between two of the most trendy neighborhoods in Mexico City: Roma and Condesa. Perfect for visitors that love to be in the middle of the action. This historic neighborhood is an epicenter of Mexico's best cultural, culinary, nightlife and green attractions with an international vibe. Walking distance to almost everywhere, but easy to get the Metro, Metrobus and public bike/scooter share options. Chef's kitchen and laundry. The decor has a calming neutral tone with touches of Mexican artesan crafts and color. The appartment is two blocks away from its main street, Alvaro Obregon where the night scene is. . Te va a encantar mi lugar debido a New, clean and comfy appartment in La Roma. Beautiful flat equipped with everything you need for a great stay in Mexico City. It is located in the heart of the trendy Roma neighborhood, blocks away from the noisy night scene so you can rest peacefully. It´s on a second floor with street view and big windows that open up fully. It has a bedroom with a queen size bed and a full bathroom. Big closets with a safety box for your important documents and enough space for your clothes and suitcases. The living room has a double size sofa bed with bed linen on so you can fold it out and go to sleep. There´s also a second full bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook as if you were at home. For your morning coffee there´s an Italian coffee maker and delicious blend from Chiapas. If you want to do laundry, there´s a washing machine and a dryer. At the beautiful shared roof garden you can have some spare time with a good book and a glass of wine surrounded by a nice view of the neighborhood. . After a day touring the city, relax and unwind with a movie or a good book in a cozy armchair. Enjoy working from home with high speed internet of up to 120MBPS Both rooms are spacious and more important, it has super comfty beds. Sheets are very soft! Bathrooms are equipped with high quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Towels are very soft and there is a hair dryer and a first aid kit. You will have complete private access to the entire apartment, which is fully equipped with high quality furniture, everything you need to cook, eat and drink. For entertainment there is a 48" Smart TV with Netflix, and a variety of books. I keep my welcome very short, don't really like to be invasive; but I'm always available for tips, suggestions, parties, etc... Historic downtown neighborhood which has been elegantly modernized. Surrounded by art galleries, markets, and restaurants, it neighbors Condesa and La Juarez. La Roma is known as one of the two culinary centers in town. Location is absolutely great, you can just walk to mostly all the interesting places. When going to a museum or tour you can take the subway or bike, these are also very near. There is a bike share station just across the street. Feel free to water the plants once a week. The building has 24 hour security and doorman.
