Diese ist modern eingerichtet und bieten einen hohen Wohnkomfort.

The property is located in a beautiful and green environment in a multi-family house. Four to five people can comfortably enjoy all the advantages of the Nuremberg metropolitan region. Convenient location, quiet residential area, 50 m to the bus stop, 10 min to the S-Bahn stop on foot. Exhibition grounds/downtown are accessible both by car and public transport in less than 20 minutes. Right next door: butcher/inn, bakery, pizzeria, bank, pharmacy, Aldi, stationery/lottery.

The listed townhouse from the early 16th century. century was and is still lovingly restored. Particular emphasis was placed on ecological building materials (wooden floor, lime plaster, clay plaster in the bathroom), so that the accommodation is very suitable for people who want to sleep healthily. Just a stone's throw away is the beautiful historic city center of Schwabach with many cafes, restaurants and shops. A cinema is only about 300 meters away.

Haustiere sind auf Anfrage ....immer gerne gesehen kosten aber 15 Euro für jedes Tier einmalig .... Wegen dem höheren Reinigungsaufwand...

The bright apartment is suitable for both travelers and work commuters and is located in a quiet residential area. Children can play on the street because there is hardly any traffic and there is a turning hammer at the end of the street. A playground is in the immediate vicinity. We are a family with children and are at your disposal for questions.
