The property is located in a beautiful and green environment in a multi-family house. Four to five people can comfortably enjoy all the advantages of the Nuremberg metropolitan region. Convenient location, quiet residential area, 50 m to the bus stop, 10 min to the S-Bahn stop on foot. Just a stone's throw away is the beautiful historic city center of Schwabach with many cafes, restaurants and shops. A cinema is only about 300 meters away.

The lovingly furnished, newly designed and very well-equipped apartment is located in a building, that is separated from the main house. You live in a very quiet location on the southern outskirt of Nuremberg. By public transport (bus / subway) you can get to the main railway station in 25 minutes without any stress. The bus stop is only a few minutes walk away. The easiest way to reach the Nuremberg exhibition center is by car in only 20 minutes.

Beautiful large apartment in an idyllic location

The room is suitable for four people plus toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed and a pull-out sofa bed for two persons. A travel cot for a toddler can be added on request. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace, through which you can reach the in-law, is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian lake country are very close.

A former attic in a charming old building was converted into a studio with attention to detail in 2016. There is hardly anything in it that can be bought like this. A small roof exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique room you feel right at home and can enjoy the tranquility. Centrally located yet very quiet, the center of Nuremberg can be reached in 10 minutes by U-Bahn [subway].
