The house has been renovated with lattice windows and some of the old timber has been preserved and is visible. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom and toilet and on the 1st floor, there is a kitchen and living room. There is a super good sofa bed with luxury mattresses and there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven and ceramic stove. In addition, there is an alcove with a good mattress

The apartment has a steep staircase, therefore unsuitable for those with walking difficulties. The apartment is newly renovated with a private entrance, to the 1st floor (stairs) folding bed (2 people) In addition to the bed (including bed linen), there is a sofa and TV for relaxation. You can make smaller meals. (Pots, electric cooker, cutlery, etc., and refrigerator are available.) Private bathroom (incl. towels) Heat pump (air conditioning) The apartment is a smoke-free area. Entrance door opens with key (key box)

Marielund: A scenic farmhouse by the beach

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Nødvendigt service forefindes samt mikroovn og køleskab. På ejendommens 6 ha går af og til heste, naboejendommen er en af Danmarks største vingårde. Der er mulighed for dejlige gåture i området. Der er ca 12 km til Kolding og Fredericia . Indkøb ca. 6 km. ca. 35 km til Legoland. Der er ikke offentligt transport til os.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

Fra hytten er der af flere veje adgang til Genner bugt og badestrand - afstand 200 meter. Der er et skønt lys i hytten og er et perfekt “getaway” sted for 2 personer. Der er mulighed for opredning i stuen på en sovesofa til 2 yderligere. Der er kun et forhæng til soveværelset - ingen dør.
