Renovated house located in scenic surroundings 200 meters from Flensborg Fjord. The house is suitable for vacation rentals. The house is located on a less busy road with 300 meters to the shopping center, which contains supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies and medical centers. Close to the house is the area's best beach with free access to the swimming bridge and playground. The house's garden can be used for play and there is garden furniture in the adjoining courtyard. At a distance of about 20 km are the larger cities Sønderborg, Aabenraa and Flensborg.

There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Please note that the stairs to the 1st floor are a little steep and there is not so much space around the double bed. Outside, there are two terraces, both with views. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood. Both bed linen and towels are included.

An enterprising farmer, Christian Jensen, built the farm 130 years ago in its current form with a large farmhouse and a humble tenant housing at the southern end. Bjælkehus! så et rigtig hytte/sommerhus, hvor det emmer af mormor hygge! Ingen tv , eller internet ,men masser af bøger og spil .(der er god 5 og4 G forbindelse). Det er hyggeligt når brændeovnen er tændt, huset kan også opvarmes med varmepumpen, opvarmning kan startes inden ankomst. Med 200 meter ned til Fønsvig, hvor der er en badestrand., samt en lille badebro, hvor man lige kan snuppe en morgendukkert. Hvis man er til fiskeri, tager man ud og fanger havørred, samt andre fiskearter .
