Stay out of the ordinary with exclusive decor, and uniquely located on a large natural plot. The villa is from 2022 and includes, among other things, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, as well as master-bedroom and 2 bathrooms. There is also a nice utility room and gamer room for children. The garden is 5000m ² and private. Equipped with garden games, trampoline, play tower, etc., as well as a large furnished lounge terrace. Gas grill and Pizza oven. 10 min. to Kerteminde beach and Odense C. Netflix, Disney & Showtime. Caution around the use of furniture.

Beautiful views and exclusive quality in the 1st row with walking distance to the forest. Comfort and luxury with warmth and good materials, sustainable decor with many flea finds and personal hotel vibe. Plenty of space in the large kitchen-living room, heavy and soundproof oak doors for all rooms, 5 lovely Hästens beds (2 with elevation). Homes for children, delicious bathrooms, large outdoor jacuzzi with high-efficiency jet nozzles. The jura coffee machine delivers exquisite coffee. Electric charger for car and 2 sup boards, barbecue, toys.

Birkehuset; a cozy farmhouse in the countryside.

FIRE IN THE WOOD-BURNING STOVE OR NAP IN THE HAMMOCK. Here in the middle of nature you can grill on the terrace and the kids can play ball in the grass. You have 5 min to My Merchant, 10 min to the Baltic Sea Bath, or 30 min to Knuthenborg, Dodekalitten, Medieval Center, Lalandia and Nysted. It's not far from “Earth to Table.” Ex: Nysted Gaard shop in the harbor. Dogs are welcome; cleaning fee of 500 DKK I can offer bed linen rental for a total of 500 DKK, then the beds are ready when you arrive. Fee payable upon arrival

Lovely holiday home by Water, Sea, Beach & Safari Park

Lean back and relax in this quiet masonry villa in idyllic Bandholm - walking distance to Knuthenborg and the water as well as very child-friendly sandy beach. In this lovely area you can enjoy the holiday home of 123 sqm, which is bright, newly decorated and inviting with an airy living environment. The location is absolutely excellent in a peaceful area a few minutes walk from Bandholm Badehotel, beach and Knuthenborg Safari Park. As well as not to forget Denmark's most beautiful and oldest bathing facility.

A spacious cozy villa (5 BHK) for short/long stay

Probably, it is not the sexiest house in the town, but it offers you lot of space and a cozy stay for a small/large family or for a group upto 6 persons. Ideal for a an overnight stay if you plan to take the ferry between Rødbyhavn and Puttagarden. It is also ideal for a cozy family vacation. The property is located in a safe and peaceful neighbourhood - just 3 kms from the Lalandia water park. Working individuals who usually stay longer find the place quite relaxing and peaceful.

Sunset Lodge - charming seaside lodge on Falster

Sunset Lodge is a lovely Danish summer house with a large wooden terrace. Newly renovated in 2024, 97 m2. Enjoy direct sea view from the terrace/living room! Sunset Lodge is a newly renovated holiday home with a unique location. Here there is a direct view of the waters north of Falster with a view to Farø, Bogø and Møn. The sunset over the Farø Bridge is absolutely uniquely beautiful. Ore Strandpark has a private bathing beach with jetty a few minutes' walk from Sunset Lodge.

It is a fantastic villa in the Sweden house style on a 5,000 sqm, sunny and secluded property. The house has 3 bedrooms with 6 beds, 2 full bathrooms and a sauna with plunge pool. On the ground floor, there is a large kitchen with open access to the bright and spacious living room. Both the kitchen and the living room have several doors to the garden. Upstairs are 3 spacious and lovingly furnished bedrooms.

Vacation home on Lensahnerhof

Our beautiful official house is the former residence of the Duke of Oldenburg and is located in the back part of our estate, surrounded by greenery overlooking fields and meadows. The rooms are spacious and tastefully designed and even with many people you can always find your own retreat to breathe. A huge, private garden with terrace and garden furniture awaits you, adjacent to it is our horse meadow.

This is a historic captain's house in a newly renovated condition. The house has 3 en-suite shower rooms, a full bathroom and another shower room. The house has its own park with old trees, solitary trees and a pond. The garden borders a large field, behind which lies the Baltic Sea. Various beaches are no more than a kilometer from the house and are easily accessible on foot or by bicycle.
