New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

This beautiful farmhouse exudes romance and rural idyll. With a wood-burning stove, thatched roof, and lots of aesthetic details. It has a patio with stunning views of meadow, trees and sea, as well as a flower garden. The house is undisturbed with walking distance to the sea, grocery store and marina. In the luxurious bedroom there is a French imported vintage double bed. In the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a cozy work corner, as well as an evocative dining area with a beautiful chandelier and a peasant blue table.

Vi er en familie bestående af et dansk/japansk par, tre små hunde, en kat, får, løbeænder og høns. Vi har renoveret hele gården efter vores bedste evner og med en høj grad af genbrugsmaterialer. The annex is in our garden, right down to the water. You can just go down the stairs and take a dip! Or stroll through our orchard and forest, greet our Scottish Highland cattle and enjoy the view of all sides - we live on a peninsula - the Dragon. It is a scenic area with forest, beach and bird life. There is the possibility of nice walks at the beach, on the dam and possibly a longer walk Skalø around.
