It sits independently within our home’s huge garden & has views of trees and fields. Guests have their own private courtyard and can also enjoy the peace of our garden. Perfectly located for Kent's historic castles and gardens. London & beaches are within an hour. Beautiful country walks. Maintained and cleaned to a high standard.

Spacious barn with pool ideal for exploring Kent

Nunfield Barn is a beautifully converted barn and one portion of the house is internally separated for our Airbnb guests, with its own entrance, downstairs toilet, kitchen/dining area and living room with doors leading to a private patio. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower. There is an above ground pool for use in summer, a front garden shared with us when we are here. There are fields &orchards across the road and we are 15 minute drive to Leeds Castle

We have lovely walks right from the door, it's perfect for exploring historic Kent and there's easy access to trains to London & Europe. Newly refurbished - Sandown, like its twin Ascot, has an ample sized, well equipped kitchen with a table and four chairs and a comfy sofa that turns down into a bed in seconds. The kitchen has a electric hob and oven, a fridge and a washing -dryer machine is in the adjoing outhouse. A TV is included in the kitchen. The French windows look out over your private lawn onto farmland. From the Entrance lobby turn right straight into the kitchen or left into the ensuite bedroom with TV.

*Substantially reduced rates due to recent building work to main house. No noise disruption but landscaping works can be seen and upper garden out of use* Outstanding accommodation. Beautiful 15th century converted barn separate from main house nestling in rural countryside in Chiddingstone. Close to fabulous country pubs & gorgeous castles. Pub 3 mins walk (check opening hrs). The M26/M25 and M20 motorways are just 10 minutes away. Set in a beautiful countryside valley setting high above the road -- perfect for lovely walks in the country and visits to the village pub. The property has a large garden and parking for up to two cars.

The Hive in Langton Green is an open plan contemporary structure set in peaceful countryside but easily accessible from London and all the London Airports. Beautiful South coast is one hour away. Historic castles, vineyards of Sussex, Royal Tunbridge Wells Spa town is a short drive or even a walk away. The house is in a rural setting with great walks and some excellent pubs along the way.
