After driving a mountain road, you will find yourself immersed in nature. Please note: there are two points where the road narrows due to ongoing construction work in the final km. The house features three bedrooms, a living area with a comfortable sofa bed, and two bathrooms. The kitchen is located on the ground floor next to the game room, which is equipped with billiards, darts ecc. In the private garden, you will find a hot tub (available as an extra service upon reservation), a BBQ.

The Residence on the Trebbia

A home surrounded by greenery with a relaxing atmosphere within walking distance of Trebbia. My family and I will be happy to host you alone, with friends or with your whole family. Our Border Collie Leo is very good with people and children but does not like the presence of other animals, especially male dogs and cats. For this reason, we can only reluctantly accommodate female dogs. A 50-meter private road leading to the banks of the Trebbia is also available for guests.

Nei grandi spazi esterni potrete rilassarvi leggendo sull’amaca, organizzare un BBQ o rinfrescarvi nella splendida piscina (aperta dal 30/04 a 30/09). In a splendid and quiet panoramic area next to Mount Pillerone, you will find the typical Piacenza rural house. Renovated while maintaining the wood and local stones, you will find a large living room with kitchen with wood-burning stove and a bedroom with an adjacent bathroom. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking or cycling; a few kilometers from Val Trebbia and Val Luretta. Your pet is welcome and the entire apartment is accessible and equipped for the disabled.
