Tæt på indkøbsmuligheder, busforbindelser og letbane. 4 værelser; 1 med dobbeltseng; 2 børneværelser med hhv køjeseng (120cm seng i “underkøjen”) samt enkelt seng. Herudover stort nyrenoveret værelse i kælderen med stor dobbeltseng. Hyggelig køkken/alrum med åben forbindelse til stue. Stor og lukket have med trampolin, gynger, fodboldmål og hængekøje samt hyggelig terrasse. Charming villa close to forest and beach. 4 km to the center. Close to shopping, bus connections and light rail. 4 rooms; 1 with double bed and 3quarter bed; 2 children's rooms - one with a bunk bed (space for 2 in the lower height) and one with a single bed. In addition, large newly renovated room in the basement with large double bed. Cozy kitchen / living room with open connection to living room. Large and enclosed garden with trampoline, swings, football goal and hammock and cozy terrace.

The apartment consists of, entrance hall, kitchen-living room, bathroom with shower and washing machine, bedroom with 2 single beds and desk. In the kitchen-room there is extra bed for 2 people on the sofa bed. Close to Sdr. Oak beach and Siim forest. Ry is the "capital" of Denmark's most beautiful and wild nature in the middle of the Sea Highlands. There are opportunities for sailing with Canoe and Kayak, fishing, hiking, exciting bike rides on mountain bikes, race bikes. At the property, there are equipment for washing bicycles and indoor storage of the same.

Basement apartment of 45 m2 with private entrance, room, bathroom and kitchenette with fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The bed is 140 cm, so you can book 2 guests into the place. The cozy frames are created with clean conditions and low ceilings. Access to garden and free parking on the residential road. 400 m to the beach, 2 km to Riis forest, shops outside the door and 5 km to Aarhus. 1500 M to the light rail and 200 m to the city bus. Free parking on the residential road. The host lives in the house upstairs the apartment.

The house is located in a quiet area, close to large green area and easy access to buses to the city as well as Skejby University Hospital. Private entrance and consists of two rooms with 2 x 2 sleeping places, private bathroom/toilet as well as kitchenette, dining area and large fridge. Delicious Villa by the beach & close to Aarhus C

Uniquely located 170 meters from the most beautiful and best sandy beach in Aarhus. Perfect combination of holiday with beach and city. The house is stylish and well laid out for a wonderful family holiday where you can listen to the waves on the terrace, play football, jump on the trampoline in the large garden and rinse off the sand under the outdoor shower. The heart of the house is the lovely newly renovated kitchen-living room where you open onto a cozy terrace. Please note that you must bring your own bed linen & towels.

Quiet and bright basement apartment with private entrance and bathroom with shower and toilet. Mini kitchen with sink, fridge incl. mini freezer and dining area. 140cm wide bed and possibility of weekend bed for a child. Possibility of 2 additional guests on the sofa bed. Free parking in front of the house as well as the possibility of charging an electric car for a fee. PLEASE NOTE Laundry only possible in town at Audes Laundromat for a fee. A lovely oasis in the middle of the city - villa

From this centrally located beautiful, spacious and charming villa, all guests have easy access to everything. The villa is located between the botanical garden, the university park and a 10 minute walk to the city's many eateries and activities. The villa is super cozy and nicely decorated with tasteful furniture and here is plenty of space - both on the flowery terrace, in the garden and in the villa's three different living rooms, large kitchen rooms and four rooms, one of which has a huge sleeping home.

There is a creek along the garden, a fire pit, and the opportunity to stay outdoors under a roof. The house is 196 m2 on two levels with 2 bathrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen. 4 bedrooms with 5 beds total. The home is located in hilly terrain suitable for bike rides. The bike race Rondevanborum each drives past the house every spring.

Close to sandy beach & Aarhus City

Our home (170 m2) in Risskov is a one story house on a quiet gravel road. The house has a nice big living room, which is connected to an open kitchen. There are windows all along the South side of the house, which creates a sunny garden view from both living room and kitchen. There are two bathrooms, two bedrooms with double beds (one big, one small). In addition we have two extra private rooms, which will be locked and not part of the rent. There is a nice big garden with swings and a playhouse

Luxury beachfront villa in Aarhus

This is a very unique place to stay on one of the most quiet roads in Aarhus near the beach and forest. The house is only a 10-minute bike ride from Aarhus city center and yet you don't feel like you are in the city. Start the day with a dip or head down to the local bakery. The suburb of Risskov has a nice shopping, cafe and restaurant environment where you can find everything your heart desires. We rent for some weekends or when we go on holiday - please write us if you have any questions.

"Kysthytten" by Saksild beach and close to Aarhus

Kysthytten is located by East Jutlands most beautiful bathing beach, Saksild Strand (250m), 20 min. drive from Aarhus. A holiday home on 2 levels, 140 sqm for 7 persons and direct access to enclosed patio. From the upper floor there is a fantastic view to the east over the sea / west over fields. 150 meters to the nearest shopping during the summer period. In Odder, which is 5 km away, there is a large variety of shopping. The beach can be reached in only a few minutes walk. (300 m)
