Since 2021 there is a spectacular private swimming pool with immersed beach, solarium and dedicated garden, for the exclusive use of guests only. It comfortably sleeps 14 people in seven tastefully furnished double rooms. The Villa is on a hill in a secluded location about 1.9km from the village of Porto Azzurro.

There are some beaches nearby, and the train station is a 10-minute walk. The beautiful beaches of the Coast are within easy driving distance.

In addition to the living room, a sliding door leads to a large fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and access to the furnished terrace.
