Welcome to stay next door to moose and deer. In this little cozy house, you live on your own plot at the top of Frejs Backe. The plot has a large balcony around three sides of the house, with sun for breakfast, lunch and dinner. At the house there is a large lawn suitable for play and games. The surroundings consist of meadows and beautiful forest. 200 meters to the swimming jetty and 800 meters to the cliffs and beach in the evening sun. The kitchen has a stove, oven, fridge & freezer and microwave. One bedroom has a bunk bed and in the living room there is a fireplace.

Guesthouse "ladan"

Welcome to our newly built guest house "Ladan." A home in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

In addition to swimming and fishing opportunities, you will find golf and padel only about 7 km away. Outside the cottage you will find table and chairs and a charcoal grill. Wood stove is available for extra heating and cozy factor. Large garden full of toys for the small children e.g. swings and trampoline. Norrtälje, Uppsala, Arlanda and Stockholm are all within about 40 minutes drive . Easier Livs about 5 km away.

Welcome to stay in this newly renovated archipelago cottage in beautiful Roslagen. The accommodation is located a few minutes' walk from the swimming area, Roslagsleden, nature reserve and nice running tracks. Just outside the property is a popular playground. The bedroom has two sleeping places and the sofa bed in the living room two more. You can reach Norrtälje city center in 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes by foot. Close to Kapellskär and excursions to Åland. Unfortunately, the house cannot be booked for parties.

And you can enjoy a New Year's night without worried animals. Or are you going out flying? Whether you want to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside or just be close to Arlanda with parking this is the home for you. Modern newly built attefall house of 30 sqm that is fully equipped with all the amenities you might need.

Small cozy guest house on a leafy plot. 400 meters from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim at a jetty or small beach in the summer and ice skate in the winter. Close to a beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cottage has a room and bathroom. It has a small, but fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a folding guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom, there is a washing machine, shower and toilet. Sheets and towels included.

Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Båtsmanstorp, an hour's drive from Stockholm

Båtsmanstorp in rural Roslagen. Close to animals and nature. Carefully renovated cottage with wood stove and fireplace. Lush, secluded and large garden with many cultivated varieties of plants. The nearest lake is Erken, where there are several different swimming areas and scenic areas. At the cottage, there is a wood-fired sauna. There is good bus communication to, for example, Stockholm or Grisslehamn for day trips. Norrtälje city is also a nice excursion destination.

The cottage is set in Rävsta nature reserve, 4km from historic town of Sigtuna, easily reached by bicycle or short walk. The airport is conveniently only 20 mins and Stockholm City, 40 mins.
