Welcome to our newly built guest house "Ladan." A home in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

Now there is the opportunity to stay in a house with striking sunsets, in the middle of nature and an undisturbed location, while making a minimal impact on the climate. You are welcome to book our house at a discounted "try-on" price. Our house in the Stockholm archipelago has a unique location, is completely self-sufficient in electricity through solar cells, and not connected to the electricity grid. The house is "off grid" and is now 98% complete. All functionality is ready, there are a few beauty spots. The stairs, for example, have no handrail yet.

Large bathroom with all the comforts. Outside the door you have your own terrace overlooking lush meadows & Rö lake. Bus connections are within 500 meters. Electric car charging can be provided for a fee. The charger is a Type 2 and is 11 KWh. Perfect accommodation for those who want proximity to Stockholm, Uppsala, Norrtälje and Kapellskär harbour. Old charming farmhouse in quiet area where the plot adjoins the municipal beach at Vängsjön in Gottrøre. In addition to swimming and fishing opportunities, you will find golf and padel only about 7 km away. Outside the cottage you will find table and chairs and a charcoal grill. Wood stove is available for extra heating and cozy factor. Large garden full of toys for the small children e.g. swings and trampoline. Norrtälje, Uppsala, Arlanda and Stockholm are all within about 40 minutes drive . Easier Livs about 5 km away.

Welcome to stay in this newly renovated archipelago cottage in beautiful Roslagen. The accommodation is located a few minutes' walk from the swimming area, Roslagsleden, nature reserve and nice running tracks. Just outside the property is a popular playground. The bedroom has two sleeping places and the sofa bed in the living room two more. You can reach Norrtälje city center in 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes by foot. Close to Kapellskär and excursions to Åland. Unfortunately, the house cannot be booked for parties.

And you can enjoy a New Year's night without worried animals. Or are you going out flying? Whether you want to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside or just be close to Arlanda with parking this is the home for you. Modern newly built attefall house of 30 sqm that is fully equipped with all the amenities you might need.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Here you'll find the peace and quiet of the forest and nature just outside the window. You have nature right by the house and can embark on peaceful walks and excursions. By car you have a food life just a couple of minutes away with basics. If you want to make a bigger act, you have Rimbo about 10 minutes away. 50 minutes to Stockholm, about 30 minutes to Norrtälje and about 30 minutes to Uppsala. In other words, you have several places to visit if you so wish.
