Tiny House: 'The Henhouse' in Geervliet

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

A particularly cozy and relaxed guest house with a very large veranda + covered private jacuzzi (available all year) The cottage has a lovely lounge sofa that is also a 2prs bed and a bunk bed. A complete kitchenette and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. The cottage is located in the owner's backyard, with private entrance and plenty of privacy! Every day we enjoy our monumental city villa, stylishly and quietly located on a beautiful park, in the heart of historic Oud Rijswijk, right behind the Herenstraat with nice coffee shops, restaurants and shops. Exit roads, shops, public transport, bike and walking routes (also bike rental), parking and parks are a stone's throw away. The Hague, Scheveningen beach but also historic Delft, Leiden and Rotterdam can be reached within half an hour.

My spacious and bright apartment (1930) is located near the historic center of Oud-Rijswijk with shops (supermarkets) and restaurants within walking distance. Public transport is located next door (bus) and within walking distance (tram) and takes you in 10 minutes to the center of The Hague or Delft, or in 30 minutes to the beaches of Scheveningen or Kijkduin. The 3 separate bedrooms make this apartment an ideal stay for families.

In the middle of the historic center of Delft is our monumental building located. In the attic this spacious studio is fully furnished. A private bathroom and kitchen are provided. Please note!! You have to climb 3 steep stairs to get to your apartment. We are not always personally present to help with large suitcases. Because of this it is not suitable for people who have difficulties walking.

Truly unique in its form and location! This open en light space comes with a waterfront view of the Schie river, a deck to wonder off in the summer evenings, a well equipped kitchen to serve your appetite and a queen size bed to relax and enjoy the water rippling. Please note that a road is near the tiny house, so you can expect to hear cars as well as boats passing by.

Stadshofje De Mol is a well hidden place on one of the most beautiful canals of Delft: a cozy B&B, uniquely located in the middle of the historic city center.
