The apartment consists of a 20 square meter large living room and a Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and window. It is located in a well-kept house with separate entrance, away from big city noise and yet close. Parking is directly outside the property. Conveniently located 10 minutes from the center by car or tram. Beauty salon and supermarkets NETTO next door. By car only 5 minutes to the highway A17und 20 minutes the airport. Welcome to our cozy vacation home on the outskirts of the village! Enjoy the quiet location, with all the amenities, such as terraces, a carport, a piano and fireplace. For excursions there is, among other things, a lake with a forest bath, the bathing paradise "Wonnemar" of the spa town as well as the cities of Dresden and Leipzig. The network of cycle paths is well developed. We also lend 2 bikes. Our garden with chickens, pigeons and a large poodle creates a special atmosphere. Perfect for relaxation and discovery tours!
