Marina Holiday Home-Casa a 10 metri dalla spiaggia

Appartamento a picco sul mare, solo qualche gradino per raggiungere la piccola spiaggia sotto casa, grandi vetrate e grandi lucernari sul soffitto illuminano gli spazi. Rilassatevi sul terrazzino e godetevi il suono delle onde o gli spettacolari tramonti ogni sera diversi. La casa è a 5 minuti a piedi dalla Marina con tanti ristoranti, pizzerie e gelaterie. 15 minuti a piedi per raggiungere il centro storico, con la piazza ricca di ristoranti, gelaterie e negozi di alimentari.

Surrounded by a large garden with flowers .It's far 800 meters from the centre of Tropea and from the beach.From the seaview veranda you can enjoy amazing sunsets drinking a good glass of wine with a special person. big free parking and big enclosed garden . At 300 mt there is a big supermarket IT IS IMPORTANT TO HAVE A CAR BECAUSE THERE IS NO WALKSIDE. It is mandatory to pay the tourist tax in cash. Cost: € 1,50 per day per person.

L'appartamento è situato in una zona centrale di Tropea, comoda per raggiungere a piedi i principali luoghi di interesse in quanto si trova a soli 150m dal centro storico ed a soli 5 minuti dalla spiaggia. E' composto da camera da letto, bagno, lavanderia e ampia cucina open space con angolo divano per poter leggere comodamente un libro o rilassarsi. city tax excluded (1,50€ per person per day)
