Comfortable and quiet, with spacious and enjoyable balcony of 5 square meters, view and exclusive and charming location. Practical outdoor parking, unguarded but safe (Loc.Pol/Carab barracks), 100 meters away. The heart of the country with shops, markets, bars and restaurants can be reached on foot in less than 5' and the beaches, by car, in 15'.

Apartment overlooking the sea, just a few steps to reach the small beach below the house, large windows and large skylights on the ceiling illuminate the spaces. Relax on the terrace and enjoy the sound of the waves or the spectacular sunsets that are different every night. The apartment is located in the old town 1 minute walk from the heart of Pizzo (and Piazzan) and a further short walk you are down at Pizzo Marina where the sea meets Café, Restaurants, bars and Pizzo local beach. The apartment is renovated few years ago in an old building with a nice rooftop terrace and 2 balconies. You can enjoy outdoor life both during the day and evening. The master bedroom facing the ocean and you find a good kitchen and living area with view.
