Charming apartment at the gateway to Fischland

Our house is located in Klockenhagen, so to speak at the gateway to Fischland and the Darss peninsula. Here there is plenty of peace, wide views of the green surroundings and a pleasant distance to the tourist crowds of the seaside resorts. By car, you can reach the beach of Neuhaus in 8 minutes. By bike, you can ride half an hour through the Ribnitz Forest and through the moor to the large water. From the window you can watch deer and cranes. Day trips can be started from here in all directions.

Hof Himmelgrün is in the countryside surrounded by meadows and fields. Here you will find peace, listen to the wind and see the most beautiful starry sky. On our beautiful courtyard and the large meadow at the edge of the field, there is plenty of space for breakfast, reading, playing ball, barbecuing and lying in the grass. With us, you will find a very nice, individual apartment with a small garden and a wooden terrace to enjoy the sun, the day and the evening. You have a separate entrance and your own garden. We are located in a single-family housing estate in the outskirts of the small town of Barth. Shopping is a 5-minute walk away. Gastronomy is abundant. You can reach the sea in 45 minutes by bike and in 15 minutes by car. Travel time Ferry from the port of Barth to Zingst about 45 minutes.

This house found us! By chance, this old farmhouse was offered to us furnished for sale in 2019. We immediately fell in love with the lovingly furnished house, the enchanting garden and the unique location at the end of a 1.5 km long asphalted cul-de-sac surrounded by fields. As a sailor, I, Peter, love the unobstructed expanse, the wind, the silence, the proximity to nature. I found all this here together with my wife Denise - almost our anchorage on land.
