Hiking and biking trails start just in front of our home, but you can also drive to Cologne's city center within 20 minutes by car. Airport and Cologne Fair are as close. Everything you need for daily living is in walking distance. The property is located in the center of Bergisch Gladbach and yet is relatively quiet. A few minutes walk there are different supermarkets. The S-Bahn is about 15 minutes walking through the city center. There is also a bus stop in front of the door to the train station. An underground car park with a reserved parking area is available. There is also plenty of free parking on the street. The large terrace invites you to linger and offers high privacy through privacy screens.

Our nearby “Windbusch” - the local “mountain” - offers one of the distant views for which our area is so much appreciated. From up here you can't see Cologne Cathedral, but at least the Siebengebirge. The proximity to Cologne makes our village particularly attractive, as the city is only 30 km away.

In front of the apartment is a large carport with terrace (garden furniture for 6 people).
