Private bedroom with a queen size bed that can accommodate two (2). Breakfast fixins available. My place is small but is cozy and in the suburbs of Reykjavik. I am on the ground floor. Parking lot is free. Right across is a jogging path and a children´s playground. Although retired, I previously worked in the hospitality industry and keenly aware of guest needs. Both the apartment as well as the location is very suitable for families. It is located close to the city center but not too close to be able to have some privacy. We offer free parking for two cars and a private entrance to our apartment. There is a nice garden with a private patio, hot tub and a trampoline. In addition, there are many playgrounds nearby. In walking distance are a few places for instance Grímsbær, Austurver, a public hospital and Kringlan Shopping Center/Mall.
