Fernseher, Tischkicker und Flipper laden zum gemütlichen Beisammensein ein und Bus und Bahn für die Fahrt nach Würzburg sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad ist die Innenstadt Würzburgs in knapp 30 Minuten problemlos zu erreichen und der Main und die Weinberge sind fast vor der Haustür.

Kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated and fully equipped. There is a tram stop about 500 meters from the apartment. From there, it is about a 10-minute drive to the city. Aldi, Lidl, as well as a gas station that is open 24 hours are within approx. 5 minutes' walking distance.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Hello, we look forward to having you at our farm! You'll be staying in a 1-room apartment in the outbuilding of the main house. Our farm is a 500 year old, restored Franconian farm (monument). Relax in this special and quiet home with its own kitchen and bathroom. Our dog Zahra will greet you happily, so it would be good if you like dogs and horses, because they also live here at the farm. A camper parking space is available if necessary.

When booking for three people or more, a second bedroom and bathroom on full 85 square meters are available to you. Oberdürrbach is a district of Würzburg, is 100 m above the center and is surrounded by meadows and fields.
