This unique place, a former weaver's house from 1791, has a style all its own. It was expanded and prepared with a lot of love for the house and for the guests. A large living room with open kitchen, a bedroom, bathroom & gallery. It is located in the heart of Aitrach in the Württemberg Allgäu. Close to Lake Constance 80 km, Munich 120 km, Füssen 80 km, Obersdorf 80 km, Allgäu Airport Memmingen 17 km, A96, A7, directly on the Illerradweg Ulm-Obersdorf, skiing, hiking, cycling, Allgäu Alps...

From this accommodation you can reach all the important places in no time. Within 3 minutes' walk you can reach the supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a restaurant with beer garden. In the city of Kempten you can reach it in 5 minutes by car, a bus stop is within sight. The apartment (90 sqm) is on the 1st floor, is very bright and spacious. The terrace overlooks a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometers you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

Retreat in the Eastern Allgäu

We have newly built a vacation home in Rettenbach am Auerberg. An apartment with a separate entrance and a double bed (sleeping berth) in the gallery; a "hideaway" for two people a good hour's drive from Munich. Flooded with light, guests have a view of the Bavarian white-blue sky during the day and at night you can watch the stars from the bed – they seem a little brighter here in the eastern Allgäu than in Munich because of the lower scattered light.

We have a key box for you so you can check in independently at any time. There are no other guests in the house. We live close by, so someone is always there for you when you need support. Here in the middle of the Alps and the Natura 2000 nature reserve, you can enjoy tranquility and relaxation with stunning views of the mountains and an idyllic lake. The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table. The sun room is my favourite spot with 2 unique seating arrangements that are very comfy.
