When you leave the apartment, you can see the vineyards on the slopes of the Siebengebirge. The location offers a very pleasant living and quality of life. Here you will feel comfortable and come to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment is about 30 square meters. It is located on the first floor, has its own entrance and a door to the garden. In the front area are the shower room and the living and working room with a large, extendable dining and desk, with an armchair, shelves and storage facilities and TV. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. In the rear part facing the garden are the bedroom and fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom and living rooms have been recently renovated and newly furnished.

My small terraced house has three floors, is about 100 square meters and stands on a plot of almost 300 square meters. I live in the house and move out when guests come. The Rhine and Bonn International School are about 1 km away. The Rhine meadow, the Postbank, the WCCB and Telekom are within a maximum of 4 km. Dogs are very welcome. Since I have very old neighbors and the house is very light-hearted, parties and events are prohibited. Night rest: 10 pm
