Quiet, preferred residential area, SW-height, large fenced garden with pond, barbecue area, etc. for shared use. Car recommended, park on the property or local street outside the house.

The attic apartment is located on the 2nd floor on the outskirts of Remagen in a very quiet location overlooking the Rhine and the Westerwald. The Rhine is a 10-minute walk. Ideal starting point for many activities by bike, on foot or by car. Bonn is only 25 km away. Koblenz is 36 km away. The Ahr valley is almost outside the door. Remagen with its numerous galleries and the famous ARP Museum also invite you to visit.
