The »haus in spay« on the Moselle | with sauna

The "haus in spay" is a historic half-timbered house, built around 1545 in the Moselle village of Zell-Merl. It is located near the river at the foot of a sun-drenched southern slope on the Moselle, the well-known wine region with unique Riesling cultivation and Mediterranean culture. The monument ensemble with main house, the more recent vacation home and steep garden was extensively restored in 8.5 years of construction and mainly in own work according to ecological and traditional criteria.

The apartment is modernly furnished and 70 square meters. The centerpiece is a large living and dining room with a spacious balcony and a view of the Moselle, Arras Castle and Marienburg. Apartment Weinstock with air conditioning.

A few steps to the Mosel is our sunny apartment. The old vineyard borders the large terrace and gives our apartment its name in the old village center of Reil. There are two bedrooms available, a living room, a bathroom and a complete kitchen. The bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning, so the apartment is nice and cool even in high summer. From the terrace on the 2nd floor you can see both the old village road and the vineyards.

A very cozy living and dining area with open kitchen, a spacious bathroom with sauna, another bathroom, a guest toilet, box spring beds in the bedrooms and a beautiful outdoor area. A magnificent roof terrace. Plus we'll provide you with electric bikes for the time of your stay to explore our beautiful countryside.

Pelzer House

The Pelzerhaus offers 100 square meters of living space for 5 people. Two separate, spacious double bedrooms and one single bedroom ensure your sleeping comfort. The house has 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. The living room and the separate kitchen with full amenities are inviting for relaxation. A shared terrace with a grill, as well as TV in 3 rooms are available for further comfort.

Former wineyard with a view of the Mosel

Hiking, cycling and relaxing in the vineyards. Wonderful places to go, castles, Mosel adventure forest, Geierlay-Germanys longest suspension bridge, and old villages with their timber-framed houses. Burg-Mosel lies between Zell and Traben-Trarbach, not very far away from Cochem and Bernkastel-Kues.

Our location Pferdeweide is in the immediate vicinity of a farm – quiet and very close to nature. From the large panoramic window and from the terrace you can look directly onto the adjacent pasture, where you can watch the horses graze, play or doze. A place to come down, watch, and breathe.
