In the apartment, you can enjoy a sauna and a spacious balcony. The property has a well-equipped kitchen. You can quickly reach the city center via the Ylisoutaja bridge, for example, by using the bicycles included in the rent. The apartment has an air heat pump, so the nights are cool even in the summer. Partying is prohibited.

Please leave the apartment as clean as it was when you arrived. Bring your own sheets or you can borrow from the closet. Washing and drying of borrowed sheets before you go 🙂✨

Relax in the soft steam of a big SAUNA in this peaceful location apartment. In the bedrooms, waiting FOR you, ready-pedated beds for a towel. In a large bedroom, a good 180x200cm double bed + big Smart TV, in a smaller one, 2 high-quality 80x200cm beds. In the fireplace room, you'll find a refrigerator, water point, microwave, water, and coffee maker, etc. If necessary, we can also make a bed (80+80 x 200 cm) from the sofa bed in the back room. Coffee, tea, and final cleaning with dishes are included!

Siisti 21m² yksiö sijaitsee puiston reunalla rauhallisella Niinivaaran omakotitaloalueella. Rakennus sijaitsee samalla tontilla omakotitalon kanssa kuitenkin täysin erillään ja omalla sisäänkäynnillä. Läheltä löytyvät: sairaalan palvelut 1,4km, S-market (auki 24/7) 700m, apteekki, ravintoloita sekä hiihtoladut/lenkkipolut alkavat takapihalta. Vieraalla on käytettävissä kaksi polkupyörää. Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

A cozy apartment in the city center

A cozy and spacious two-room apartment near the center of Joensuu, in the immediate vicinity of key services. Joensuu Arena and other sports halls, Linnunlahti and the services of the city centre are all just a few hundred metres' walk away! I provide towels, bed linen and detergents, as well as basic supplies for cooking. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, freezer, etc. You'll also have access to a washing machine, hair dryer, fan, and 55-inch TV.

A 100-year-old log cabin with amenities in the yard of the main house. For multi-night guests during the heating season, in addition to electricity, furnace heating. Trees ready, guidance or heating if needed. Good road connections. About 10 minutes to Outokumpu and 30 minutes to Joensuu. Koli about an hour and Valamo Monastery about 30 minutes by car. There's also a dog cage outside with a small coop.

Welcome to Lammenranta. We are a couple from Joensuu and we rent the downstairs of our house. Guests have access to a spacious room with its own entrance. There is also a private toilet and shower room, as well as a washing machine. The space has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee and water kettle. Cutlery and dishes. Pets are welcome, a fee of 10€ will be charged.
