Hi, I am Viktor and as a superhost I would like to offer you a great stay in Nuremberg (Old Town). You can expect a modern apartment in a central location between the castle and the main market. The apartment is nicely furnished and offers space for up to 5 guests to relax and linger. You can also look forward to a coffee machine, smartTV, Netflix, hairdryer, etc. Due to the great location, the typical destinations - old town / city center, sightseeing, train station - are very easy to reach.

With the beautiful garden and the magnificent view of the nature reserve, it is ideal for nature lovers, hikers, bikers or other pleasant companions. You can fire up the electric grill, fry sausages outside or simply roast yourself in the sun. The electricity comes - of course depending on the weather - from solar energy or battery storage.

Old town house in a class of its own

Our charming townhouse from the 19th century is in the heart of the Middle Franconian small town of Lauf a.d. Pegnitz right next to the historic Wenzelschloss. It combines old sandstone walls with an urban lifestyle. In the immediate walking distance is the city center with good shopping, top restaurants and cafes. In about 25 minutes you can reach the city center of Nuremberg, the airport or the Nuremberg fairgrounds. The hiking paradise of Franconian Switzerland is also not too far away.

Hiking, biking, climbing and culture in Franconia

Apartment, on the first floor, two open sleeping areas (no closed rooms) climbing roof, balconies in all directions. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping roof! However, the double sofa bed is in the lower living area. Garden area with fireplace, outdoor sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove. Spices are available, but you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take some time for the heating to start when it is cloudy.

In Winkelhaid there are two supermarkets, one of them with a baker and butcher, so nothing stands in the way of self-catering.

The approx. 40 sqm cozy apartment is located in the center of Hersbruck. Parking, restaurants & cafes and shopping are in the immediate vicinity. The first-floor apartment is about 8 minutes walk from Hersbruck train station. From there, a direct train to Nuremberg runs regularly (travel time only 14 minutes). You can swim, sauna and relax in the Fackelmann Therme (10 minutes' walk away). Hiking and swimming lakes are within a few kilometers.
