Our charming townhouse from the 19th century is in the heart of the Middle Franconian small town of Lauf a.d. Pegnitz right next to the historic Wenzelschloss. It combines old sandstone walls with an urban lifestyle. In the immediate walking distance is the city center with good shopping, top restaurants and cafes. In about 25 minutes you can reach the city center of Nuremberg, the airport or the Nuremberg fairgrounds. The hiking paradise of Franconian Switzerland is also not too far away.

The apartment is ideally located between Franconian Switzerland (a popular climbing and hiking area), Erlangen (university, Siemens) and Nuremberg (trade fair, Christmas market). The garden invites you for breakfast, barbecue and relaxation, the direct surroundings for extensive hikes and bike tours.

My place is good for trainees who are employed in Lauf or Hersbruck at high schools or secondary schools, for teacher candidates at primary or secondary schools in the immediate vicinity, as well as for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.
