The approx. 65 sqm apartment with separate entrance and terrace is located on the ground floor of a house in an idyllic south-facing location, reachable by bus or train from the Würzburg main station (journey time from the train station 10 min), located close to the motorway by car. The apartment has a bedroom with a large double bed, a large living-dining room in which there is a single bed and a sofa bed for 1 - 2 people, bathroom with bathtub, kitchen fully equipped.
