This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.

The lovingly furnished apartment is located in the Upper Palatinate Lakeland on an idyllic, spacious, former estate. The apartment consists of a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, balcony, a bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed in the living area. This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
