Our host is in the center of the old town. With us you sleep under the golden roofs of Schwabach. The apartment offers a homely and cozy atmosphere on approx. 90 square meters. The rooms are equipped with real wood parquet, generous lighting and style. A full kitchen is available. Loading and unloading in front of the property is possible. Underground parking 1 euro per hour (first hour free), daily flat rate 8 euros. Restaurant directly below the apartment (Wed-Sat open from 5 pm)

Diese ist modern eingerichtet und bieten einen hohen Wohnkomfort.

In the middle of Schwabach in the historic town house

The listed townhouse from the early 16th century. century was and is still lovingly restored. Particular emphasis was placed on ecological building materials (wooden floor, lime plaster, clay plaster in the bathroom), so that the accommodation is very suitable for people who want to sleep healthily. Just a stone's throw away is the beautiful historic city center of Schwabach with many cafes, restaurants and shops. A cinema is only about 300 meters away.

Apartment in a separate outbuilding

The lovingly furnished, newly designed and very well-equipped apartment is located in a building, that is separated from the main house. You live in a very quiet location on the southern outskirt of Nuremberg. By public transport (bus / subway) you can get to the main railway station in 25 minutes without any stress. The bus stop is only a few minutes walk away. The easiest way to reach the Nuremberg exhibition center is by car in only 20 minutes.

The spacious living area contains a large double bed with floral bedding and a cozy sofa. A dining table with chairs complements the space, while large windows offer natural light and views of the surroundings. A simple area rug adds warmth to the wooden floor.

Beautiful large apartment in an idyllic location

The room is suitable for four people plus toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed and a pull-out sofa bed for two persons. A travel cot for a toddler can be added on request. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace, through which you can reach the in-law, is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian lake country are very close.

A light-filled living area features a spacious, light-colored sofa adorned with dark cushions. Two small round tables are placed in front of the sofa on a textured gray rug. Modern decor is displayed on the walls, and a unique pendant light hangs from the ceiling.

We have a quiet location by the forest, which invites you to take relaxing walks. In the village, there are bakeries, a butcher, a pharmacy and a small supermarket. In about 20 minutes on foot you are at the S-Bahn to Nuremberg. Likewise, the Franconian lake district is not far and offers pure relaxation.
