On the ground floor of our house (we live upstairs), the accommodation is completely self-contained and can accommodate up to 9 people (more on request). There is a heated swimming pool available from 1/04 to 31/10, which is covered (with a removable enclosure), and the property is set on an 800 m² garden with flowers. An indoor hot tub, with lounge, treadmill and TV. Private covered terrace with garden furniture, table, lounger and barbecue. Pets allowed, additional charge (€10 per day). - Swimming Pool 8am-9pm - Hot Tub 8am-8pm

Maison Marcks Champagne | Old Town Ay

It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. Very nice apartment located between the train station and the city center, close to the Grand Jard. Located on the 2nd floor of a small quiet condominium, the apartment is composed of a living/dining room (extendable table for 8 people) and a beautiful equipped kitchen. TV and internet. The Les Chapitres cottage, awarded 3 épis Gîtes de France, has a separate entrance and can accommodate up to 4 people. The bed linen and towels are provided. A parking space is available near the cottage. E-bike rental available on request to explore the region.
