Escape to the countryside in this comfortable studio, ideally located 15 minutes from Maubeuge and 20 minutes from Val Joly, only 300 m from the greenway. Enjoy a quiet and green setting, perfect for relaxing while staying close to amenities. Private parking right next to the accommodation. Fully self-contained studio, with linen (sheets, towels) and hygiene products provided. When you arrive, everything is ready: all you have to do is put your suitcases down and enjoy!

Beautiful industrial loft totaly restaured. Located in our house, the loft is completely private, you share the entrance hall and the backyard with us. The loft features 1 kitchen 1 huge bedroom with a 1m80 width bed and a mezzanine with the sitting-room view. There is a also a cosy reading corner and a beautiful brand new bathroom with an italian shower. 65 square meters in total with air conditioning. Access to the jacuzzi is optional for 20€ bathrobes included.

Modern home in the countryside ideal for travelers

Want to enjoy the calm of a small village in the countryside? Come and enjoy a charming modern house to rest and work. This house is occupied when it is not available. Therefore, you have all the comfort and equipment necessary to enjoy a great stay. Of course, my belongings are there. Close to France, Ragnies, Charleroi or Mons. 1 hour from Brussels. Since September 2023, a new sofa has served as a second bed.

Quiet 2 room garden access

The accommodation, furnished by the host artist, is independent of the house. It overlooks the alley and a large garden and vegetable garden, where the animals of the house (cats, chickens and tits) walk. It is composed on the ground floor of living room/kitchen overlooking the garden and bathroom. Upstairs, a spacious and bright attic bedroom covers the same area as the ground floor and offers an office area.
