Full, shared access to all pictured spaces for this "Entire Home" listing. We occupy one end of the house and have two active listings for guests at the opposite end of house. The bathroom is just a three steps from the room and we provide bathrobes for your convenience. We live in the house and enjoy whatever level of interaction our guests choose. The home is in a quiet and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale and is within driving distance to nightlife spots, restaurants, hiking, and sporting event locations. Depending on the length of your stay and the places you intend to visit, a rental car or Uber service may be the best choices. Just feel free to ask us. Casita Hideaway at South Mountain

1 Bedroom Casita guest house with queen bed. Seperate living room area with a full kitchen. Full bathroom with a walk in shower. 50 inch tv in the living room and 32 inch tv in the bedroom. Our casita has wifi. Everything is brand new in here including a new remodel. Casita is very private from the main house and has its own parking and outdoor area. Washer and dryer in the unit with everything else you need to enjoy your stay. Great location close to South Mountain, airport & downtown.

AHWATUKEE LOCATION: 10 minutes to Sky Harbor Airport, 5-30 minutes to Tempe, Chandler, Scottsdale and Gilbert. 10-30 minutes to several spring training facilities. Casino and Golf courses nearby. Two blocks to South Mountain trailhead. Close to stores and restaurants! Resort style backyard with mountain views, eating and lounge area, fruit trees, propane grill and firepit. Pool is NOT heated.

Close to Tempe, Mesa, Scottsdale, and Chandler. 10 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from downtown Phoenix, and only three miles from ASU and stadiums.

Private master sectioned off from the house with private entrance from street, small yard, and two private entrances to the house. All surfaces sanitized between guests! Famous South Mountain only 100 feet away (excellent spot for mountain bikers), or a public park across the street with tennis, volleyball, basketball -- can't get any closer to nature while still being in the city! We can send digital key for autonomous self check-in, never have to see hosts for maximum sanitization!

This is a guesthouse consisting of a spacious modern bedroom, separate living room, and full bathroom (as one guest review said “larger than an apartment in NYC”) . It has beautiful mountain views in a quiet neighborhood. This house is only a 5 minute walk to two trailheads (Geronimo & MormonTrailhead) and the popular south mountain biking park and preserve. We are close to the airport, two popular golf courses (Legacy and Raven) lots of food options!
