Our duplex cottage (44 square meters) with private entrance, terrace, parking and wallbox is located in the quiet Bürgerfelde district - on the outskirts of town and yet centrally located! Just 15 minutes by bike or bus from downtown, the train station and university and a few minutes' walk to the green surroundings. The house is completely renovated and equipped with everything new and comfortable. Ideal occupancy is 1-2 people/couples. For a few nights, you can also accommodate three people. Pets welcome!

Upstairs are two bedrooms and an open sleeping alcove, as well as the bathroom with sauna. (Sauna fee, see photo). Guest parking; (bicycles, printer on request). Dogs: (no large males or bitches in heat) allowed only on the first floor. Train station 1,8 km: NWB Oldenburg - Bremen, Bremen airport / 30 km.

The old mill tower is located in a quiet detached house settlement right in the heart of the Wesermarsch. On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 sqm) with old wooden beams, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, a living area with a sofa bed for two, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a separate bed and a bedroom. In the garden, there are two terraces with seating, including by the water of a siel. Directly opposite is a children's playground. Guest Wi-Fi available!

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The bathroom is equipped with a sauna and has an Asian touch. Non-smoking apartment. The first/second supermarket is only 1 km away. A parking space on the premises is available. At the moment, there is a construction site of a detached house opposite. There may be some impairments.
